About

Built for the books nobody was keeping.

Most accounting software was written for businesses that already employ someone to use it. LedgIQ is for the shop, the studio and the contractor who never had that person, and whose books were a drawer of paper until the deadline arrived.

Deterministic math, explained by AI

Every balance, tax figure and report is computed by code that would give the same answer twice. Models read receipts and put things in plain language. They never decide what a number is.

Nothing posts on a guess

A machine-drafted entry is violet and stays out of your totals until a person confirms it. That rule is the whole reason the books can be trusted later.

Correct by construction

Debits equal credits because the database refuses anything else. The journal is append-only and the audit trail is hash-chained, so history cannot be quietly rewritten, by us or by anyone.

Local rules are first-class

Bangladesh and Australia are not translations of an American product. Each has its own accounts, its own tax logic and its own filing calendar, versioned by date.

Where we are

Dhaka and Melbourne.

We started with the two places we know best, one where VAT and Mushak shape every shop, and one where GST and the BAS shape every trade. Bangla and English are equals in the product, not an afterthought.
