Questions

Asked before you had to

Who owns the data?

You do. The books, the documents and the audit history belong to your organisation. We hold them on your behalf and every plan includes the full export, so ownership is something you can act on, not a line in the terms.

Can I take my books elsewhere?

Yes, any day. The export includes the full ledger and your documents, on every plan including the free one. There is no export fee and no waiting period.

What happens when I am offline?

Capture never fails. The entry is queued on your phone and posts when the signal returns. This matters in a Dhaka market as much as on a Melbourne building site.

Does it really work in Bangla?

Bangla and English are equals on every screen, not a translation layered on afterwards. Numbers, dates and money formats follow your country pack.

How are taxes handled in Bangladesh and Australia?

Country rules ship as versioned packs. The Bangladesh pack knows 15 percent VAT and Mushak returns; the Australia pack knows GST and BAS quarters with the July to June year. A 2026 transaction is always judged under 2026 rules, even after rates change.

What does the AI actually see?

Masked data. Names, phone numbers, tax ids and account numbers are replaced with placeholders before anything reaches a model. Model providers never retain your data and it is never used for training. The AI only drafts; a human confirms and deterministic math does the accounting.
