How it works

Five seconds, five steps

From a crumpled receipt to a balanced entry a lender can trust. Here is the whole path, including the parts most software hides.

01

Snap or forward

Point the camera at a receipt, import a CSV from your bank or post to the API. Every channel feeds one pipeline. Offline capture never fails; the entry waits on your phone and posts when the signal returns.

02

Read and drafted

The document is read and a draft entry appears in violet with its confidence spelled out. Nothing is posted silently.

03

You confirm

A human says yes. The entry turns green and joins the books. If something is wrong, undo writes a reversing entry; history is never rewritten.

04

Always balanced

Every entry balances by construction. The database itself refuses an entry whose debits and credits disagree, so the trial balance holds on any day you check.

05

Ask anything

The public API and the MCP server are the second door to the same books. Query entries, pull reports or capture from your own tools, all under the same permissions as the app.

Channels

Every channel, one pipeline

Three channels are live today. The rest are on the road map and we say so plainly.

Live todayCameraSnap a receipt or an invoice. A draft appears with its confidence.
Live todayCSV importBring bank exports or spreadsheet books. Mapping is saved for next time.
Live todayAPIPOST /v1/capture from any system you already run.
On the road mapWhatsAppA photo, a voice note or a line of text becomes an entry.
